Supervision It is a vital part of continuous professional development and provides a safe environment for you to maximise your own effectiveness and performance by maintaining an objective ethical practice. This enhances your service effectiveness and client value. No matter your level of ability supervision is required at all levels. To this day I have supervision myself in my areas of expertise. I always have thoughts, ideas and sometimes issues that I want to talk through with other professionals. I offer one to one sessions and group work depending on your need and requirements.
